Data for: How Much Will the Belt and Road Initiative Reduce Trade Costs?

Our paper documents a new database we created, and which provides detailed information on the potential decrease in trade costs associated with the Belt and Road Initiative. For each country-pair-sector, we provide the decrease in shipping time, the value of time, and the associated decrease in trade costs. We also provide a regional database with detailed information at the city-pair level.本论文介绍了我们构建的全新数据库，该数据库详细披露了与“一带一路”倡议（Belt and Road Initiative）相关的贸易成本潜在降幅各项细节。针对每一组双边国家-产业配对，本数据库提供了航运时间缩减量、时间价值以及与之关联的贸易成本降幅数据。 此外，本研究还配套推出了一套城市配对维度的区域级详细数据库。
