VIRGO2 Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs)

This dataset contains the metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) generated in the production of the VIRGO2 non-redundant gene catalog. Information about the MAGs including their provenance, their taxonomic annnotation, and their quality metrics are included in the repository as a table. The methods used to generate the MAGs are described in the associated VIRGO2 manuscript. These MAGs were also deposited in NCBI but due to delays in processing those submissions, we are providing them here as well.
