The dataset contains raw transmission electron microscopy (TEM) data for the 1Q(0.5)-8L-10T(0.5) and 1Q(0.5)-5L-10T(0.5). It is associated with the publication Evidence of Heteroepitaxy and Solid Solutions in Lattice Matched Ternary Covalent Organic Framework Systems and was generated within the ERA Chair / Hot4Cryo project by the Institute of Chemical Biology of the National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF) in collaboration with the laboratory of Professor Panagiotis Kastritis at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.本数据集包含1Q(0.5)-8L-10T(0.5)与1Q(0.5)-5L-10T(0.5)两种样品的原始透射电子显微镜（TEM）数据。该数据集关联学术论文《晶格匹配三元共价有机框架体系中的异质外延与固溶体证据》，由希腊国家研究基金会（NHRF）化学生物学研究所于ERA Chair/Hot4Cryo项目框架内，与马丁路德大学哈雷-维滕贝格分校帕纳约蒂斯·卡斯里蒂斯（Panagiotis Kastritis）教授实验室合作生成。
