RNA seq. raw data for carbon utilization by transcriptional regulator LysR7 in virulence of Ralstonia solanacearum

Transcriptional regulator LysR7 is capable of carbon/sugar assimilation leading to enhanced virulence of bacterium as C and N sources are key elements in plant growth and other physiological processes. LysR7 uses theses nutrients that ultimately causes deprivation of these essential nutrients in plants, making plant vulnerable to disease.
