The transcriptome of livers in WT mice and lncRNA-ACOD1 knockout mice

To gain an understanding of lncRNA-ACOD activity, we performed transcriptome analysis with microarray using liver tissues from mice with or without VSV for 12 hrs. We preformed our transcriptome microarray analysis (GENE 1.0, Affymetix) in lncRNA-ACOD1-/- and lncRNA-ACOD1+/+ liver tissues from mice infected with or without VSV for 12 hrs.
