mRNA profiles of primary mouse chondrocytes treated with bleomycin, followed by DMSO or ST045849 were generated by mRNA sequencing. This study provides insights into the role of O-GlcNAcylation in chondrocytes. To investigate the role of O-GlcNAcylation during the cellular senescence process, primary culture of mouse articular chondrocytes underwent treatment with bleomycin (50 μg/ml) for 24 h, followed by treatment with or without ST045849 (20 μM) for five days.
