Sediment pore water nutrient chemistry on surface sediments from the South Pacific Gyre. Pore waters were obtained by Rhizone sampling of sub-cores from box-cores retrieved during Expedition SO245. Nutrient were determined after three-fold dilution onboard on a QuAAtro39 autoanalyser (Seal Analytical) using the method based on Strickland and Parsons, 1972.本数据集涵盖南太平洋环流区（South Pacific Gyre）表层沉积物的孔隙水营养盐化学特征。孔隙水样品通过根际采样法（Rhizone sampling）采集自SO245科考航次获取的箱式岩芯的次级岩芯。实验采用基于Strickland与Parsons于1972年提出的分析方法，将样品进行三倍稀释后，在船载QuAAtro39全自动化学分析仪（Seal Analytical公司）上完成营养盐浓度的测定。
