以威氏海链藻(<em>Thalassiosira weissflogii</em>,CCMP 1336)为实验材料,探究温度与碳酸盐化学环境对其碳摄取以及碳向颗粒态有机质和溶解态有机质分配的影响。
本实验于2013年3月与5月在美国加利福尼亚州圣巴巴拉的帕索(Passow)实验室开展
实验处理采用多因子设计,设置2个温度梯度(15℃、20℃)与2个海洋酸化梯度(400 µatm、1000 µatm)
每日在光周期(14小时光照/10小时黑暗)结束后进行采样。
