DEcancer: Proteomics Datasets of Liquid Biopsy Samples

Two datasets used to build the DEcancer pipelines from open access data. The tables in the cancerseek folder are uploaded for convenience and can also be found from the supplementary data of Early Cancer Detection from Multianalyte Blood Test Results paper. The nanoparticles dataset is processed with the Perseus software on the original data from Blume <em>et al's</em> Rapid, deep and precise profiling of the plasma proteome with multi-nanoparticle protein corona. These are distinct datasets in that the nanoparticles is a cohort of patients from a high dimensional, low sample size proteomics dataset.用于构建DEcancer分析流程的两个数据集均源自开放获取数据。为便于查阅，我们上传了cancerseek文件夹内的表格数据，该部分数据也可从《基于多分析物血液检测结果的早期癌症筛查》（Early Cancer Detection from Multianalyte Blood Test Results）论文的补充材料中获取。纳米颗粒数据集以布鲁姆等人（Blume et al.）发表于《利用多纳米颗粒蛋白冠实现血浆蛋白质组的快速、深度与精准表征》（Rapid, deep and precise profiling of the plasma proteome with multi-nanoparticle protein corona）的原始数据为基础，经Perseus软件处理得到。二者为相互独立的数据集，其中纳米颗粒数据集是来自高维低样本量蛋白质组学数据集的患者队列。
