Arabinan-Driven Ecological and Metabolic Dynamics of Gut Microbiota

The purpose of this study was to further demonstrate the potential prebiotic effects of arabinan and establish a scientific basis for the development and utilization of arabinan as a functional food, while enhancing our understanding of the ecological and metabolic interactions of human gut microbiota in response to arabinan.
