18S rDNA sequence dataset of Marine eukaryotic microorganisms in the Indo-Pacific Convergence Zone

Environmental samples were collected from surface waters of the Western Pacific Ocean, the Eastern Indian Ocean, the South China Sea, and the East China Sea. PCR amplification using 18S rDNA V4 region universal primers and 18S rDNA sequence data set obtained by next generation high-throughput sequencing.This dataset was used to study the molecular diversity and connectivity of eukaryotic microorganisms in the Indo-Pacific Convergence zone.
