TBI Plus Busulfan‑Intensified Conditioning for R/R AML: A Single‑Center Retrospective Study

This dataset contains de-identified clinical data for 20 patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML) who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) with a TBI + BU conditioning regimen at the Department of Hematology, Aerospace Center Hospital, Beijing, China, between July 2021 and October 2025. All data were fully anonymized in accordance with the HIPAA Safe Harbor Method to protect patient privacy. No identifiable personal information is included. The study was approved by the Biomedical Ethics Committee of Aerospace Center Hospital (Approval No.JingHangYiLun [2024] 046). All data fully support the findings reported in the associated research article.
