Folder 1 contains the raw STED microscopy data in tiff format and the rois used for the measurements in ImageJ/Fiji.
File 2 contains the measurements of the Histone peak distances along fibres displaying H3K4me3 or H3K27me3 for peak detection tolerance 0.17 and 1.0 as used for Figure 5ABC.
Folder 3 contains the intensity measurements of pan-Histones, H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 along the chromatin fibres as used for Figure 5ABDE.
