Sample Table of Analysis on Participants’ Self Report for the study on transfer of knowledge, skills and confidence from a faculty development programme for health professions educators into practice

Qualitative analysis of self-reports on the transfer of principles of teaching and learning in the workplace after a 5-day mandatory faculty development programme. Analysis indicated high transfer rate of 91.31% of the submitted reports.

针对为期5天的强制教师发展项目（faculty development programme）结束后，职场场景下教与学原则迁移情况的自我报告开展质性分析。本次分析结果显示，在提交的全部报告中，教与学原则迁移率高达91.31%。
