Research data supporting "Polysaccharide metabolism regulates structural colour in bacterial colonies"

This data supports the publication "Polysaccharide metabolism regulates structural colour in bacterial colonies". It contains folders containing the raw data used to obtain each of the figures in the pages. It contains goniometer data and corresponding Python scripts to process the goniometer data, cryo-TEM images used for size analysis of the cells, light micrographs and Python scripts used for obtaining the power spectral density function, genomic sequencing data for the mutant strains, and photographs of IR1 colonies grown on different media for analysis of the colony diameter over time.

Each folder contains a ReadMe file that further explains the contents of the data in that folder.
