e-reefs cruise January-February 2013, Princess Charlotte Bay, HPLC Pigment and Ocean Colour Data

This record contains data collected from a total of 17 stations on the RV James Kirby off Princess Charlotte Bay. The samples were collected from January 30 2013-February 1 2013. The data can be used for Ocean Colour sensor validation. Parameters measured include Total Suspended Particulate Matter (TSM), including the organic and inorganic fractions; the absorption coefficients of the particulate and dissolved components of the water column and the phytoplankton pigment concentration and composition.

本数据集包含“詹姆斯·柯比号”（RV James Kirby）考察船在夏洛特公主湾外海域布设的共计17个采样站点采集的全部观测数据。样本采集时段为2013年1月30日至2013年2月1日。该数据集可用于海洋水色传感器（Ocean Colour sensor）的性能验证工作。实测参数包括总悬浮颗粒物（Total Suspended Particulate Matter, TSM），其涵盖有机与无机组分；水柱中颗粒物与溶解组分的吸收系数，以及浮游植物色素浓度与组成。
