Road weather observations: vt8_Kristiinankaup_Metsälä

The dataset contains information on the prevailing weather conditions on the roads produced by the Finnish Transport Agency's road weather system. There are nearly 500 weather and weather-observing road weather stations along the roads. Most stations are located in the coastal region and southern Finland. Road weather stations provide data every 10-15 minutes from various road surface sensors on road surface conditions and meteorological sensors on the prevailing weather. Due to the location of the road weather stations, the reliability of the weather sensor data and the comparability of the data between the stations are weaker than with the weather observation stations of the Finnish Meteorological Institute, which are located in the most meteorologically representative locations. At road weather stations, the main focus is on weather measurement and the stations are therefore positioned using different methods than the weather stations.本数据集收录芬兰运输局道路气象系统生成的道路沿线实时气象状况相关数据。道路沿线共布设近500个兼具气象观测与道路气象观测功能的站点，其中多数部署于芬兰沿海区域与南部地区。道路气象站（road weather station）每10至15分钟便会通过多类路面传感器采集路面状况数据，并借助气象传感器获取当前气象参数。由于道路气象站的选址特性，其气象传感器数据的可靠性以及站点间数据的可比性，均弱于芬兰气象研究所（Finnish Meteorological Institute）设于气象代表性最优位置的常规气象观测站。鉴于道路气象站以气象监测为核心功能，其布设方案与常规气象站存在显著差异。
