The sample metadata, LANA-peptide reactivities, and the corresponding magnitude of each reactive peptide are included. Reactive peptides are denoted by “1” and non-reactive peptides by “0”. The sum of reactive peptides per sample represents the breadth of response. The magnitude of response (i.e., -log(p) obtained by the Gamma-Poisson model) represents the frequency with which a reactive peptide was targeted. The UniProtKB accession, amino acid sequence, and LANA protein region are provided for each peptide. (XLSX)
