Data repository for the Human Lung Development Atlas: Preprint: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.09.24.678382 Github: https://github.com/GreenleafLab/HLDA This repository contains compressed ChromBPNet predicted sequence to accessibility contribution scores for each cell type. celltype_average_contribution_scores.tar.gz = contains the predicted contribution scores (celltype.h5) and a bigwig for visualization of predicted contribution scores (celltype.bw). Also recommend loading the peaks for each cell type of interest as BED files, available within the Zenodo record for HLDA-ATAC ArchR Projects (Part 1).
