Summary of sequence variations in strains of Sars-CoV-2

This entry collects sequence variations of different strain of Sars-CoV-2 based on data retrieved from outbreak.info and/or covariants.org.<br> The json files are formatted to match the Feature API of aquaria.ws. <br> File names match the linage names of VOCs and VOIs.<br> CovidStrains.pdf lists Sars-CoV-2 proteins together with links that show how to map variations onto the structures.本数据集收录基于outbreak.info及/或covariants.org公开数据整理的不同严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）毒株的序列变异信息。 本次配套的JSON文件格式适配aquaria.ws的特征API（Feature API）规范。 数据集文件的文件名与各关切变异株（Variant of Concern, VOC）、待监测变异株（Variant of Interest, VOI）的谱系名称完全匹配。 附带文件CovidStrains.pdf收录了SARS-CoV-2的各类蛋白信息，并提供了将变异位点映射至蛋白三维结构的操作指引链接。
