The Liangbulu APP is widely used in the domestic outdoor sports sector. Its operator analyzes and integrates the trajectory data within the APP to compile the most comprehensive road network dataset in China. Analysis of these trajectory data can provide references and planning schemes for outdoor trail design in various provinces and cities. By integrating urban topographic and geomorphic data, the distribution of public transit stops, and the locations of surrounding commercial and leisure facilities, it provides scientific basis for trail planning. For example, when designing trails connecting parks, scenic spots and residential areas, high-frequency routes taken by residents from different areas to leisure places can be analyzed via big data, so as to reasonably plan the trail alignment and reduce the detour distance for residents' travel. Meanwhile, combining with users' feedback on different road sections of the Outdoor Assistant APP, such as slope comfort and landscape satisfaction, the layout of facilities along the trails can be optimized, with rest benches, viewing platforms and other facilities added, to improve residents' walking experience and inject new vitality into the construction of urban green travel and leisure fitness spaces.
