KOREF

The aim of this project is to construct the Korean reference genome (KOREF). The Genome Research Foundation (GRF) and Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) begun this project and was analyzed at GRF and Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST). This work was supported by 'Pilot study of building of Korean Reference Standard Genome map' (10046043), 'Developing Korean Reference Genome' (10050164), and 'Bioinformatics platform development for next generation bioinformation analysis' (10040231) funded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE, Korea).
