Synchrotron data - Cleverley 6189 (Nov 2012) - Sunrise Dam commercial access

Commercial access for analysis of approximately 6 ore samples. Using the XFM beamline and the Maia detector we propose large area mapping to identify the trace element distribution around and away from the areas of gold enrichment in vein samples from the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. The samples are polished thin sections or thin rock slices on glass slides.The experimental methodology will begin with the full section being mapped for the full energy spectrum at 18.5 KeV using a coarse beam size of 100 micron. The areas of interest identified from this initial map will then be analysed using a smaller beam (2-4 micron).\nLineage: Data was produced using the Maia 384 element detector array on the XFM X-ray microprobe beamline of the Australian Synchrotron and processed using the GeoPIXE software package.\n

数据谱系：本数据集采用澳大利亚同步辐射装置（Australian Synchrotron）的XFM X射线微探针光束线的Maia 384元素探测器阵列采集所得，并通过GeoPIXE软件包完成数据处理。
