Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ameliorates osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats by regulating the Th17/Treg balance and gut microbiota structure

The experimental animal license number is SCXK (Zhejiang) 2019-0002, and the Experimental Animal Ethics number is 202109A025. In this study, LGG was used to treat the rat model of osteoporosis induced by ovariectomies. The effects of LGG on bone microstructure, bone biomechanics, bone biochemical indexes and gut-bone TH17 and Treg imbalance in the ovariectomized model were studied, and LGG treatment could regulate the structure of the whole gut microbiota.
