Metabolomics data sets in the mouse cecal contents

The present study was GV-971 (400 mpk, HG) pretreatment of caerulein and lipopolysaccharide-induced severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) mice and the study was divided into three groups (n = 8/group), control group (CON), model group (SAP), and treatment group (HG+SAP). The data used mouse cecal contents as the samples to detect the intestinal metabolites.
