Dataset of confocal microscopy - Rhamnogalacturonan-II dimerization deficiency impairs the coordination between growth and adhesion maintenance in plants

This data set contains confocal images (3D stacks and 2D projections) from propidium iodide stained Arabidopsis thaliana dark grown hypocotyls of various wildtype and mutant plants reported in the study "Rhamnogalacturonan-II dimerization deficiency impairs the coordination between growth and adhesion maintenance in plants" (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11.26.625362v1). Data was acquired following method described in the publication. This new version of the repository contains additional data relative to version 1, corresponding to a new version of the related manuscript, including spinning disk images of full length dark grown hypocotyls.本数据集包含经碘化丙啶（propidium iodide）染色的拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）暗培养下胚轴的共聚焦显微镜图像（3D堆叠图像与2D投影图像），涵盖多种野生型与突变体植株，相关研究成果发表于论文《鼠李半乳糖醛酸聚糖-II二聚化缺陷损害植物生长与黏附维持的协调作用》（https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11.26.625362v1）。所有数据均按照该出版物所述方法采集。 本数据集仓库的新版本相较于版本1新增了配套数据，对应相关论文的更新版本，其中包含完整暗培养下胚轴的转盘式共聚焦图像（spinning disk images）。
