Data for the manuscript "The Cumulative Impact of Passenger Mutations on Cancer Development"

plot_data.zip contains the source data used to generate all plots presented in the manuscript. cancer_specific_driver_genes.zip contains curated lists of driver genes downloaded from IntOGen and compiled for each cancer type across the PCAWG, TCGA, and POG570 cohorts.`plot_data.zip` 包含了生成本手稿中全部图表所需的原始数据源。`cancer_specific_driver_genes.zip` 包含了从IntOGen下载、并针对PCAWG、TCGA与POG570队列中各类癌症类型汇编整理得到的驱动基因 (driver genes) 列表。
