Seawater carbonate chemistry and DNA, RNA, proteins and mass of Gadus morhua during experiments (Experiment 3), 2012

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).

为确保与其他海洋酸化数据集的全面可比性，本研究采用了 Lavigne 和 Gattuso (2011) 开发的 R 包 seacarb，据此计算了一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量，具体方法参照了 Nisumaa 等人 (2010) 的描述。在本数据集中，原始数值得以存档，并附加了重新计算后的参数（详见相关负责人信息）。
