The data set provided the germination and vigor indices, root length and seedling length of 128 wheat cultivars under normal conditions (CK, 65% of sand saturated water content) and drought stress (DT, 20% of sand saturated water content). TDP1 and PIMT gene expression data of seed embryos of 6 wheat cultivars at 12, 24 and 48 h after seed germination. Physiological indices measurement data including the antioxidant enzymes activity, the material metabolism enzymes activity and its metabolites of whole wheat seeds of 6 wheat cultivars at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h after seed germination.

本数据集包含128个小麦品种在正常培养条件（CK，砂土饱和含水量65%）与干旱胁迫条件（DT，砂土饱和含水量20%）下的发芽指数、活力指数、根长及幼苗长度测定数据；同时收录6个小麦品种种子萌发后12h、24h、48h时种子胚的TDP1与PIMT基因表达数据；此外还涵盖6个小麦品种种子萌发后6h、12h、24h、36h、48h及72h时，整粒小麦种子的抗氧化酶活性、物质代谢酶活性及其代谢产物等生理指标的测定数据。
