3T3-L1 preadipocytes were infected with shControl, shTmbim1, shPparg or shTmbim1/shPparg lentivirus then differentiated with insulin, IBMX, dexamethasone and rosiglitazone for 6 days. And total RNA extracted from the cells were subjected to RNA-seq to analyze and compare transcriptome to investigate whether the regulatory role of TMBIM1 in adipogenesis was dependent on its regulation of PPARG.
