Dataset with plotting scripts to produce the figures of the publication "Learning interactions between Rydberg atoms".

This repository comprises the data required to reproduce the figures appearing in the publication titled "Learning interactions between Rydberg atoms" (https://arxiv.org/abs/2412.12019). It is provided with a small Readme file providing the instructions to run the scripts. The GitHub related to the GNN Hamiltonian learning model is https://github.com/oliviersimard/Hamiltonian_Learning_GNN.git. The DMRG codes that produced the datasets used to train the GNN can be asked upon reasonable requests.
