The genome of the Australian Bogong moth Agrotis infusa

To facilitate studies on the genetic mechanisms controlling the unique biology of the endangered Australian Bogong moth, a long-distance nocturnal navigator, this project integrates the assembly of a high-quality draft of the genome, the tissue and migratory phase-specific transcriptional profiles, and the genomic landscape of the methylcytosine epigenetic mark.
