The Lutz tower was built in 1972 and was originally 42m. In 2002 it was
increased to 48m

观测位置：北纬9°9′42.36″，西经79°50′15.67″

采用干湿球湿度计法，记录每日干湿球温度与相对湿度

观测频率约为每周3至5次。

卢茨集水区是巴罗科罗拉多岛上一处面积为9.73公顷的受保护流域
卢茨观测塔始建于1972年，初始高度为42米；2002年其高度被加高至48米。
