CAfGEN RNA-seq count matrices and supporting processed data for “Conserved neutrophil degranulation transcripts in HIV-TB coinfected children across East and Southern Africa”

This dataset contains bulk RNA-seq-derived variance-stabilized transformation (VST) count matrices and other derived data used to generate figures, tables, and graphs in Katagirya E et al., Conserved neutrophil degranulation transcripts in HIV-TB coinfected children across East and Southern Africa, Communications Medicine (2025). The bulk RNA data were derived from peripheral whole blood of children living with HIV with and without tuberculosis in three countries - Uganda, Botswana, and Eswatini.
