Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz: Theorien, Ursachen und Auswirkungen werden anhand eines Prozessbeispiels beleuchtet Mobbing at the workplace: theories, causes and effects are illuminated by means of a process example

Das Thema Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz wird auf der Grundlage der Supervisionsarbeit von Waibel, Petzold (2007) theoretisch dargestellt und durch ein Prozessbeispiel beleuchtet. Verschiedene Definitionen von Mobbing, sowie aus der Forschung abgeleitete Mobbinghandlungen werden dargelegt. Da letztere eine differenzierte Betrachtungsweise bedürfen, wird das Thema aus Sicht der Konfliktforschung beleuchtet. Hier wird die Integrative Therapie miteinbezogen, welche Mobbing als «misslungenen Korrespondenzprozess» bezeichnet, da die Voraussetzung eines Willens zur Koexistenz nicht gegeben ist. Ursachen von Mobbingprozessen werden aufgezeigt und die klinische Konflikttheorie von Petzold (1975) miteinbezogen. Zum Abschluss werden mögliche Konsequenzen dargestellt und mit verschiedenen Resultaten aus der Diagnostik des genannten Prozessbeispiels verdeutlicht. The topic of mobbing in the workplace is presented theoretically on the basis of the supervision work of Waibel, Petzold (2007) and illuminated by means of a process example. Different definitions of mobbing as well as mobbing actions derived from research are presented. Since the latter require a differentiated approach, the topic is examined from the perspective of conflict research. Integrative therapy is included here, which describes mobbing as a „failed correspondence process“, since the prerequisite of a will to coexist is not given. Causes of mobbing processes are shown and the clinical conflict theory of Petzold (1975) is included.
