NanoSeq____Characterising_smoking_effects_on_the_AhR_pathway

The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanisms of the increased mutation burden induced by smoking related mutagens (e.g. Benzo-a-pyrene). We use several mouse models with Knock-out of the AhR gene and CYP enzymes to study the driving force of mutation burden and the changes in detoxification pathways in airway epithelial cells.
