The dataset includes the latitude and longitude of sample locations, mineral composition, total organic carbon content, total inorganic carbon content, stable carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions, carbonate-associated phosphorus and ammonia contents, as well as magnesium, calcium, strontium, and iron contents in carbonate mineral phases.本数据集涵盖样品采集点位的经纬度、矿物组成、总有机碳含量、总无机碳含量、稳定碳与氧同位素组成、碳酸盐结合态磷及氨含量，以及碳酸盐矿物相中的镁、钙、锶与铁含量。
