This dataset contains the raw data files supporting the analyses presented in the paper Evaluating Algorithmic Approaches to Paleoenvironmental Interpretation in the Eocene of Kutch Basin, India. The repository includes two files: a TNT file (.tnt) containing the data matrix used for the tree analysis, and a compressed tree file (.ctf) containing the 80,000 trees generated from the analysis. These files may be opened using TNT (Tree analysis using New Technology) to reproduce the results reported in the manuscript. All data are provided to ensure full reproducibility and transparency of the computational methods described in the study.
