Dataset for “Targeted Elimination of Prostate Cancer Stem Cells Using CD44-Specific Hyaluronic Acid–Coated Selenium Nanoparticles Carrying Apigenin”

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the manuscript “Targeted Elimination of Prostate Cancer Stem Cells Using CD44-Specific Hyaluronic Acid–Coated Selenium Nanoparticles Carrying Apigenin”.The data include: (1) physicochemical characterization of SeNP, SeNP–Api and HA–SeNP–Api nanoparticles (DLS hydrodynamic size and PDI, ζ-potential measurements, FTIR spectra, SEM images); (2) MTT cell viability assays in CD44⁺ LNCaP cells; (3) flow cytometry data for Annexin V/PI apoptosis and PI-based cell cycle analysis;All datasets are provided as Excel/CSV spreadsheets, image files (TIFF/JPEG) and PDF summaries, organized in folders according to experiment type. A short README file describes the file structure and the content of each subfolder.
