These data supplement the article “Aquatic biofilms as passive environmental DNA samplers: application to benthic macroinvertebrate communities in rivers” Sinziana F. Rivera, Valentin Vasselon, Nathalie Mary, Olivier Monnier, Fréderic Rimet & Agnès Bouchez submitted to “Molecular Ecology Resources” journal.
