data and supplement: GCaMP6f fluorescence during co-stimulation with ChRmine

The data includes TIFF images, video files, and CSV files of analyzed results, demonstrating the system's ability to capture live neuronal activity using GCaMP6 while co-stimulating ChRmine. The image stack represents raw data collected from the camera. A shorter section with vibrant activity was chosen for processing, performed in Image-J, using automatic contrast adjustment and application of a green look up table.ROIs.csv was generated indicating the average pixel intensities of the regions believed to have firing neurons.
