Single Cell Sequencing of Circulating Tumor Cells from Various Cancer Types

In this study, low-coverage (0.1x - 3x) whole-genome sequencing (WGS) was performed on individual circulating tumor cells (CTC) (a total number of 97) from 23 patients of 4 cancer types. Twenty-eight primary tumor cells from one of the 23 patients were isolated and sequenced at 0.1x-3x. Whole-exome sequencing (WES) has also been performed on primary tumor and white blood cells (WBC) from this patient
