XPlanning data set BPL “Benzwasen, Kusterfeld”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Benzwasen, Kusterfeld” of the town of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Re-establishment in the area “Im Heimgarten, Im Lilacer, Im Blumengarten, Flurstück 3706”.开发计划（Development Plan, BPL）包含适用于城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的管控条款。原则上，开发计划需以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为巴克南（Backnang）镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《本茨瓦森、库斯特费尔德（Benzwasen, Kusterfeld）》开发计划。说明：针对区域「Im Heimgarten、Im Lilacer、Im Blumengarten及Flurstück 3706」实施复建工作。
