Process of phototoxicity impairing cell function in live imaging in intestinal organoid

To comprehensively and systematically identify the phototoxic effect that occur in cells by light illumination in fluorescent live imaging, the mouse small intestinal epithelial organoids (enteroids) were exposed to low-dose light and high-dose light light and the mRNA expression of these light-illuminated enteroids and non-illumination control were analyzed by RNA-sequensing analysis.
