资源简介:
Cymbidium lancifolium is widely used for garden greening and also displays excellent medicinal value in China. However, the phylogenetic relationship between C. lancifolium and other Orchidaceae members remains unknown. In this research, the complete chloroplast genome of C. lancifolium was obtained by the high-throughput Illumina pair-end sequencing data. The complete chloroplast genome was 150,042 bp in length. Its structure included a large single-copy (LSC) region of 84,952 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 13,946 bp, which were separated by apair of extremely inverted repeats (IRs) of 25,572 bp each. The phylogenetic tree of 23 Orchidaceae species revealed C. lancifolium is more closely related to C. nanulum. This study provides useful information for future genetic study of C. lancifolium.
