Histone lactylation study of Touxie Quyin Compound-treated psoriasis-like mice

Touxie Quyin Compound (TQC) was used to treat imiquimod (IMQ)-induced mice with psoriasis recurrence . Then, dorsal skin tissue of mice was collected for ChIP sequening, which revealed the effect of TQC on histone lactylation in dorsal skin tissue of mice with psoriasis recurrence.
