在工艺流程优化决策算法研究过程中，为实现工艺流程优化与加工效率分析优化，将800条来自某型号柴油发动机装配过程中的螺栓拧紧数据和缸盖振动数据作为分析和研究的数据对象。具体包括最后一次拧紧过程中的凸轮轴齿轮螺栓、中间齿轮紧固螺栓、飞轮螺栓、飞轮壳螺栓、连杆螺栓、气缸盖主螺栓、气缸盖副螺栓、主承轴螺栓八个工位的螺栓拧紧力矩数据、拧紧角度数据以及对应的缸盖振动峰值检测数据。数据量4.32GB。

In the course of researching process optimization decision-making algorithms, with the goal of achieving process optimization and machining efficiency analysis and optimization, 800 sets of bolt tightening data and cylinder head vibration data collected during the assembly process of a certain type of diesel engine are selected as the research and analysis subjects. Specifically, the dataset includes bolt tightening torque data, tightening angle data, and corresponding cylinder head vibration peak detection data collected during the final tightening procedure at eight workstations: camshaft gear bolt, intermediate gear fastening bolt, flywheel bolt, flywheel housing bolt, connecting rod bolt, cylinder head main bolt, cylinder head auxiliary bolt, and main bearing bolt. The total size of this dataset is 4.32 GB.
