Prokaryotes amplicons sequencing in the Hudson Bay System (BaySys mission)

The objective was to study the distribution and composition of prokaryotes in the Hudson Bay at the transition zone between sea ice and open water during the spring season. Samples were taken from surface to bottom.This project is part of the multidisciplinar BaySys project aiming to describe the influence of climate change and water regulation on the Hudson Bay System
