SGP99: NOAA Wind Profiler Network Hourly Surface. Version 1.0

This dataset contains the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) 405 MHZ Wind Profiler Network (NPN) hourly surface data in JOSS Quality Control format from 2 sites within the SGP 1999 area of interest. These data were not quality controlled by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/Joint Office for Science Support (UCAR/JOSS).本数据集包含SGP 1999年研究区域内2个站点的、采用JOSS质量控制格式的美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration，简称NOAA）405兆赫风廓线雷达网（Wind Profiler Network，简称NPN）逐时地表数据。此类数据未经过大学大气研究联合会/科学支持联合办公室（University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/Joint Office for Science Support，简称UCAR/JOSS）的质量控制。
