Sex differences in the molecular programs of pancreatic cells contribute to the differential risks of type 2 diabetes

This data set contains integrated 10 published single-cell RNA-seq data sets on human pancreatic islet cells. The 10 single-cell RNA-seq studies were downloaded from the following depositories: Baron (GEO: GSE84133), Enge (GEO: GSE81547), Lawlor (GEO: GSE86473), Segerstolpe (EMBL-EBI: E-MTAB-5061), Muraro (GEO: GSE85241), Wang_C1 (GEO: GSE83139 and GSE154126), Wang_C1HT (https://hpap.pmacs.upenn.edu/), Wang_10x (https://hpap.pmacs.upenn.edu/), Xin (GEO: GSE81608), and Xin_10x (GEO: GSE114297). Raw reads were aligned to the GRCh38 genome assembly with STAR (version 020201) with default parameters. Gene expression matrices associated with individual single-cell RNA-seq data sets were further quality controlled and processed using Seurat pipeline (V4) . The combined reprocessed single-cell RNA-seq data were deposited as a Seurat object .

本数据集整合了10项已发表的人类胰岛细胞单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq）数据集。上述10项单细胞RNA测序研究数据从以下资源库下载：Baron（GEO: GSE84133）、Enge（GEO: GSE81547）、Lawlor（GEO: GSE86473）、Segerstolpe（EMBL-EBI: E-MTAB-5061）、Muraro（GEO: GSE85241）、Wang_C1（GEO: GSE83139与GSE154126）、Wang_C1HT（https://hpap.pmacs.upenn.edu/）、Wang_10x（https://hpap.pmacs.upenn.edu/）、Xin（GEO: GSE81608）以及Xin_10x（GEO: GSE114297）。原始读段（raw reads）采用STAR软件（版本020201），以默认参数比对至GRCh38基因组组装版本。各单细胞RNA测序数据集对应的基因表达矩阵，后续采用Seurat分析流程（V4版本）进行质量控制与数据处理。本研究整合并重新处理后的单细胞RNA测序数据已以Seurat对象格式存档提交。
